The 'Internet Explorer' can be viewed in the "Full Screen Mode" by pressing the 'F11' key.
The 'Internet Explorer' is in the "Normal Mode".
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\] key, right-click on the "FullScreen" String Value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "yes" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
