Enable full screen display of Internet Explorer.

This setting enables you to run Internet Explorer in full screen mode.

Description:

You can switch on and off between full-screen and normal mode with the key F11 in Internet Explorer. The main window takes maximum size of the screen and the status bar, toolbar, menu bar, and title bar get hidden.

For this, go to Start > Run, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the String value “FullScreen” to “yes” which can make Internet Explorer’s screen full-sized. However, if you want to get back to the normal mode, change the value data to “no”.

The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.

The 'Internet Explorer' can be viewed in the "Full Screen Mode" by pressing the 'F11' key.

The 'Internet Explorer' is in the "Normal Mode".

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\] key, right-click on the "FullScreen" String Value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the value "yes" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
