Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
User style sheets are enabled in Internet Explorer.
User style sheets are disabled by default in Internet Explorer.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\] and create a sub key as 'Styles' under the key 'Explorer'.
Third, create a DWORD value as 'Use My Stylesheet' under the sub key 'Styles'.
Now right click on the DWORD value 'Use My Stylesheet' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' to enable the user style sheets in the Internet Explorer and click 'OK'.
