Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The "Links" option is not visible in the "Favorites" menu and in the toolbar.
The "Links" option is by default visible.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\] key, right-click on the "LinksFolderName" String value and click on "Modify".
Third, delete the value in the text box and click on 'OK'.
Finally, go to "Internet Explorer > Favorites > Links" and click on "Delete". The "Links" folder must be manually deleted from the favorites menu. This stops it being automatically recreated.
