'Help' menu items are hidden from in Internet Explorer.
'Help' menu is visible by default in Internet Explorer.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "Restrictions" key under "Internet Explorer".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoHelpMenu" in "Restrictions" key.
Next, right-click on "NoHelpMenu" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done, follow the above steps to create similar registry keys and DWORD value at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\].
