‘Windows Messenger’ is hidden in the ‘Internet Explorer Tools menu’.
‘Windows Messenger’ is visible by default in the ‘Internet Explorer Tools menu’.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\],right-click on the key "{FB5F1910-F110-11d2-BB9E-00C04F795683}" and click on 'Rename' with a hyphen(-) mark before the key name.
