Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The source view of an HTML is restricted from the menu View > Source option and "View Source" command in the context menu of a web page.
The webpage source can be accessed either from the "View" menu or from the right-click menu on the webpage.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "Restrictions" key under "Internet Explorer".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoViewSource" in "Restrictions" key.
The created DWORD value will look like below.
Next, right-click on the "NoViewSource" DWORD value and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text-box provided and click on 'OK'. Once you are done, follow the above steps to create similar registry keys and DWORD value at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\].
