Unlock the Internet Explorer toolbars.

This setting allows you to unlock the Internet Explorer toolbars and position them.

Tweak for : Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista

Description:

This setting allows you to unlock the Internet Explorer toolbars so that they can be positioned per-user liking.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter "regedit" and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the DWORD value "Locked", in the right panel, to "1" which can unlock the Internet Explorer toolbars. However, if you want to relock the toolbar, change the value to "0".

Restart Internet Explorer for the change to take effect.

Option to lock the Internet Explorer toolbars is enabled.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\] ,right-click on "Locked" and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the value User "0" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
