The "Task Pane" is displayed in the "MS Office 2003".
The "Task Pane" is not displayed in the "MS Office 2003".
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\General\] key, right-click on the right pane and click on "New > DWORD Value" to create a new DWORD value with the name "DoNotDismissFileNewTaskPane".
Third, right-click on the 'DoNotDismissFileNewTaskPane' DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
