The customized look of Outlook Express start page can be seen.
The start page of Outlook Express has the default look.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Unique Identity}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\] key and create a new String value with the name "FrontPagePath".
Third, right-click on the 'FrontPagePath' String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the complete path of the filename that you want to display and click on 'OK'.
