The '.reg' file will enable install using privileged account.
Disable install using privileged account always.reg
The '.reg' file will disable install using privileged account.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The privileged account is always required during installation of Windows Installer after the changes.
The privileged account is not required during installation of Windows Installer.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] key, right-click and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "Windows".
Third, right-click on the 'Windows' key and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "Installer".
Fourth, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > DWORD Value" to create a new DWORD value with the name "AlwaysInstallElevated".
Fifth, right-click on the 'AlwaysInstallElevated' DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Sixth, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
