Delete Recent File List of WinZIP

This setting enables you to prevent other users to see the items you have opened with the application WinZip.

Tweak for : Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista

Description:

This setting enables you to prevent other users to see the items you have opened with the application WinZip.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. You will see a list of recently used files with the key value name “filemenu(1…n)”.(n stands for any natural number)

Now, select all values with the key value name “filemenu(1…n)” to delete the recently file list of WinZip.

The items opened with the "Winzip" application are not visible after the changes.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\filemenu\]key, right-click on the "filemenu" String value and click on "Delete".

Finally, after deleting the value, it will look like below.
