Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
New folders of users choice can be added in the ‘Places Bar’ inside Open/Save dialog.
Default folders are visible in the ‘Places Bar’ inside Open/Save dialog.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion Policies\], key and create a new key with the name "Comdlg32" under "Policies".
Then, create a "Placesbar" key under "Comdlg32".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a REG_EXPAND_SZ (Expandable String Value) Value with the name "Place0" in "Placesbar" key.
Next, right-click on "Place0" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "Path of the User Defined Folder" (Base Hexadecimal) without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'.Once you are done. Exit from registry. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
