The "Last Status" of Regedit is disabled after the changes have been made in the registry.
The "Last Status" of Regedit is enabled.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Regedit\] key, right-click on the "LastKey" String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, delete the value from the text box and click on 'OK'.
