Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
'Run in Separate Memory Space' option is visible.
Default Run option is visible.
Now, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\] and create a DWORD value 'MemCheckBoxInRunDlg'.
Next, right click on the DWORD value 'MemCheckBoxInRunDlg' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' to show 'Run in Separate Memory Space' option.
