Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
‘Command Prompt’ functioning is disabled by administrator.
‘Command Prompt’ functioning is enabled by default.
‘Batch File’ functioning is disabled by administrator.
‘Batch Files’ functioning is enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\], key and create a new key with the name "Windows" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "System" key under "Windows".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "DisableCMD" in "System" key.
Next, right-click on "DisableCMD" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value User "2" without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. Exit from registry. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
