Enable “cmd.exe” AutoRun.

You can specify a command that will be executed during the start of "cmd.exe".

Tweak for : Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows Vista
You can specify a command that will be executed during the start of "cmd.exe".

For this go to "Start->Run" and enter "regedit" and search the key listed below. You can create one string value "AutoRun", if this value is not existing.

Now you can set this value to set the command that should be executed during the start of "cmd.exe". After a restart or logoff the changes take effect.

NOTE:
If you like to specify more than one command, you can divide the different commands with "&&".(dir c:\&&dir d:\)

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.

User defined Commands which run automatically at the time of the launch.

The Command Prompt default screen at the time of launch.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command Processor\] and right click on the String value "AutoRun" and select 'Modify'.

Finally, set the value data which you want to run at the time of the launch.

Restrict loading of “Computer Management” snap-in into MMC.

MMC can load various snap-ins that are used to simplify system management tasks of daily routine. This setting can disable loading of the snap-in “Computer Management” into MMC.

Restrict loading of “Disk Defragmenter” snap-in into MMC.

Hide “IP Security Policies” snap-in from Computer Management console file.

Clear MMC recent files

This setting lets you clear the recent files list used in Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
