The Command Prompt default screen at the time of launch.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command Processor\] and right click on the String value "AutoRun" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data which you want to run at the time of the launch.
