Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The snap-in “Disk Defragmenter” is disabled from loading into MMC.
“Disk Defragmenter” snap-in can be added into MMC.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] , key and create a new key with the name "MMC" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "{43668E21-2636-11D1-A1CE-0080C88593A5}" key under "MMC".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "Restrict_Run" in "{43668E21-2636-11D1-A1CE- 0080C88593A5}" key.
Next, right-click on "Restrict_Run" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK'.
