Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The snap-in “Internet Information Services (IIS)” is disabled from loading into MMC.
“Internet Information Services (IIS)” snap-in can be added into MMC.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] and create a new key as 'MMC'.
Fourth, create a String value as 'Restrict_Run' under the subkey '{A841B6C2-7577-11D0-BB1F-00A0C922E79C}'.
Now right click on the String value 'Restrict_Run' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK'.
