Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The console file "Routing and Remote Access" is disabled from loading.
"Routing and Remote Access" console file is enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\], key and create a new key with the name "MMC" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "{1AA7F839-C7F5-11D0-A376-00C04FC9DA04}" key under "MMC".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "Restrict_Run" in "{1AA7F839-C7F5-11D0-A376-00C04FC9DA04}" key.
Next, right-click on "Restrict_Run" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK'.
