Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The snap-in "System Information" is disabled from loading into MMC.
"System Information" snap-in can be added into MMC.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] and create a new subkey 'MMC' under the key 'Microsoft'.
Create another sub key under the subkey 'MMC' as '{45ac8c63-23e2-11d1-a696-00c04fd58bc3}'.
Now, create a String value as 'Restrict_Run' under the subkey '{45ac8c63-23e2-11d1-a696-00c04fd58bc3}'.
Next, right click on the String value 'Restrict_Run' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK'.
