Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The snap-in "Terminal Services Configuration" is disabled from loading into MMC.
"Terminal Services Configuration" snap-in can be added into MMC.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] and create a new key as 'MMC'.
Third create a subkey under the key 'MMC' as '{B91B6008-32D2-11D2-9888-00A0C925F917}'.
Fourth, create a String value as 'Restrict_Run' under the subkey '{B91B6008-32D2-11D2-9888-00A0C925F917}'.
Now right click on the String value 'Restrict_Run' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK'.
