The '.reg' file will disable 'Recycle Bin'.
Enable use of Recycle Bin (Default).reg
The '.reg' file will enable 'Recycle Bin'.

Recycle Bin is disabled and all deleted items are permanently removed instead.
'Recycle Bin' is enable by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket\], right-click on "NukeOnDelete" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) Without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
