First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\EFS\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "EfsConfiguration" in "EFS" key.
Next, right-click on "EfsConfiguration" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) in the text box and click on 'OK'.
