Disable Security Center notifications.

This tweak can disable the Security Center notifications in the system tray.

Description:

Security Center for Windows Vista runs as a background process that monitors the security state of your computer. Security Center is a comprehensive security status reporting utility that enables you to understand the ongoing security state of your computer. It collects information from Windows and third-party security components designed to protect your system from computer threats.

If you are an avid user of computer and have the know-how to maintain intact security of your system, you may find the balloon tip popping up very annoying. To avoid the Security Center messages follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Security Center balloon tip in the system tray.
2. In the left panel, click “Change the way Security Center alerts me”.
3. Finally, in the Windows Security Center window select “Don’t notify me and don’t display the icon”.

And you are done.
