Windows Defender utility is turned off.
Windows Defender utility is turned on by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Second, go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\] and create a new key as 'Windows Defender'.
Next, create a new DWORD value as 'DisableAntiSpyware' under the key 'Windows Defender'.
Now, right click on the DWORD value 'DisableAntiSpyware' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as '1' and click 'OK' to turn off Windows Defender.
