The '.reg' file can disable Properties option of an existing scheduled task.

Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Changes to Scheduled Task item Properties are restricted.
Changes to Scheduled Task item Properties are enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\], key and create a new key with the name "Windows" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "Task Scheduler5.0" key under "Windows".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "Property Pages" in "Task Scheduler5.0" key.
Next, right-click on "Property Pages" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
