Add-up of new item to the Scheduler list is disabled.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\] , key and create a new key with the name "Task Scheduler5.0" under "Windows".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "Task Creation" in "Task Scheduler5.0" key.
Next, right-click on "Task Creation" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
