All services have a setting controlling how they are started (for example: manually, automatically or disabled). By using this tweak you are able to change that setting.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter "regedit" and navigate to the registry path listed below. Under that key you will find sub keys representing the devices and services on the system. Open the sub key corresponding to the service you wish to change and look for the DWORD value “Start”, in the right panel.

Now, right-click and modify its value to "2" for automatic, "3" for manual or "4" for disabling the service on the system at startup.
