Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Distributed Component Object Model is disabled.
Distributed Component Object Model is enabled by default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Ole\] ,right-click on String value 'EnableDCOM' and select 'Modify'.
Finally set the value data as 'N' to disable Distributed Component Object Model and click 'OK'.
