The 'Universal Plug and Play ' services are disabled after the changes.
The 'Universal Plug and Play Services' are enabled.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\upnphost\] key, right-click on the "Start" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "4" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
