The background color of the "Logon Screen" can be changed to any other color after the changes have been made in the registry.
The background color of the "Logon Screen" shows the default color.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors] key, right-click on the "Background" String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the color code in the text box and click on 'OK'.
