Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
New 'Log On Message' is being displayed while logging on to windows.
No 'Log On Message' is being displayed by default while logging on to windows.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlo gon\],right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "LogonPrompt" in "Winlogon" key.
Next, right-click on "LogonPrompt" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "Write the message show on the Windows dialog box while logging on" without quotation in he text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
