Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "IgnoreShiftOveride" in "Winlogon" key.
Next, right-click on "IgnoreShiftOveride" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" (Base Hexadecimal) without quotation in he text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
