Disable the start of configure server wizard during startup

This setting lets you disable the start of configure server wizard during startup.

Description:

Configure Your Server wizard starts as soon as you boot up the system. You can disable it through the setting in the registry.

For this, go to Start > Run menu, enter “regedit” and navigate to the registry path listed below. If the subkey “\CurrentVersion\srvWiz” is not present, create it as explained below. Then, create a string value name “Default”, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value data box with “0” to disable the start of the Configure Start Wizard.

Close the registry.

After restart, the changes take effect.

Start of configure server wizard during Startup is enabled by default.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.

Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\srvWiz\] ,right click on the String value 'Default' and select 'Modify'.

Finally set the value data as '0' and click 'OK' to disable the start of configure server wizard during startup.
