Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
A user-defined message is displayed before the "Logon Screen" after the changes have been made in the registry.
The default "Logon Screen" is displayed without any user-defined message.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "LegalNoticeCaption".
Third, right-click on the 'LegalNoticeCaption' String value and click on 'OK'.
Fourth, enter the "Caption" you want in the text box and click on 'OK'.
Fifth, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "LegalNoticeText".
Sixth, right-click on the 'LegalNoticeText' String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the text you want in the text box and click on 'OK'.
