Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
A message is displayed to warn the users before logging into the system after the changes have been made in the registry.
The default "Logon Screen" is displayed without any message.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] key, right-click on the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "LegalNoticeCaption".
Third, right-click on the 'LegalNoticeCaption' String value and click on "Modify".
Fourth, enter the "Caption" you want in the text box and cilck on 'OK'.
Fifth, go to the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] key, right-click on the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "LegalNoticeText".
Sixth, right-click on the 'LegalNoticeText' String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the text you want in the text box and click on 'OK'.
