First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop\], in the open area right-click on "FontSmoothing" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "2" Without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
