The initial "Logon Screen" can be changed after the changes have been made in the registry.
The initial "Logon Screen" is set to default.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop] key, right-click on the "Wallpaper" String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the "User Defined Path" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
