First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\], in the open area right-click on "Userinit" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value (for ex. "C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,") in the text box and click on 'OK'.
