No cascading is applied on Control Panel items inside the Start menu.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\]
, right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "CascadeControlPanel" in "Advanced" key.
Next, right-click on "CascadeControlPanel" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value User "Yes" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
