Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
First, click the 'Start' button and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\], right-click on the Expandable String value "Start Menu" and click on "Modify".
Finally set a user defined value data and click 'OK'.
Fourth, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\], right-click on the String value "Start Menu" and click on "Modify".
Again set a user defined value data to set a new location of Start menu folder and click 'OK'.
