First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting
dialog box, type "regedit".
\Explorer\],right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value
with the name "Start_NotifyNewApps " in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "Start_NotifyNewApps " and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in
the text box and click on 'OK'.
