Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
Option to change "Links" is disabled.
"Links" option is enabled by default.
First, click the Start button, and select Run. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] and create a new key "Internet Explorer".
Third, create a subkey "Control Panel" under "Internet Explorer".
Fourth, create a DWORD value "Links".
Now,right-click on "Links" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the "Value Data" to “1”in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
