Registry Entry Details:
Apply registry settings according below given steps of screenshots with related changes.
The "Back" and the "Forward" buttons of Internet Explorer are disabled with this setting.
The "Back" and the "Forward" buttons are enabled to function as usual.
First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "Restrictions" key under "Internet Explorer".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoNavButtons" in "Restrictions" key.
The created DWORD value will look like below.
Next, right-click on the "NoNavButtons" DWORD value and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text-box provided and click on 'OK'.
Once you are done, follow the above steps to create similar registry keys and DWORD value at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\].
